Common questions

The manager is the main login for your business. They own the stock data, add or remove staff accounts, set low-stock alerts and see everything in the shop. Staff get their own logins to work on the day-to-day while the manager stays in control.

Yes. The manager creates staff accounts in a tap. Every user logs in with their own email and password, and only ever sees the business data they are allowed to manage.

You'll see a friendly notice before expiry, and we can send reminder emails automatically. After expiry, login is paused until you renew — your data is never deleted, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Completely. Every user's tiles, history and photos live in their own account and are never visible to anyone else. You can also download a full JSON backup at any time and restore it yourself.

Any modern browser — phones, tablets and desktops. It's fully responsive, so you can update stock from the shop floor and review reports from home.

360 Studio is an optional yearly add-on (₹1,500/year) that lets you visualize any tile from your stock in a bathroom, floor or kitchen view. Pick a tile from your library, adjust grout, pattern and room size, see waste & box estimates, and export a 360 PDF for the customer. It is activated manually — message us on 9033602070 and we enable it for your account.

Yes. If you used an earlier version, you can export a backup and import it with a one-time migration tool. It loads your designs, stock and history into your new account.
